We have owned hot tubs for 20 years, in Colorado . Recently built a house in Florida and decided we still wanted a hot tub to use during the cooler weather months. We wanted a hot tub that we could use on our screened in lanai. Loved the corner configuration of the G-2000. It took about 3 months to be built and delivered due to COVID. Communication with the company has been excellent. We needed to coordinate delivery when we would be in Florida. COVID definitely made this process more difficult but Aqua Living was great to work with.
The hot tub itself is hands down my favorite hot tub that we’ve owned. The jets are exactly where you’d want them. The lounger is comfortable for both of us (husband 6 ft and me 5’6) . I love that they have 3 seats at different heights, all providing amazing jet locations. The jets are powerful but not too powerful. I never knew how good my legs/feet/back/hips could feel. Absolutely LOVE the foot and multiple jets from the ankles, calves, behind knees & thighs. Literally hits every spot with the perfect amount of pressure. The deep seat has AMAZING back & shoulder jets. The seat between the lounger & deep seat sits up a little higher and has a great large foot/ankle jet with a few back jets. This hot tub has every bell & whistle I could ever want.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both the Dr. Wellness G-2000 hot tub and the service received by Aqua Living.

The Good the bad and the ugly I purchased the G200 triangle style one year ago. The Good, for the space I have this is the prefect size and shape the only other positive is the shell appears to be nice. The bad, the construction is terrible! I spent 3 week correcting framing issues and cutting foam bard panels to fit between the stud’s. I then re-hung off the outside skirting now the ugly! these folks built a spa that if you put the water lever “suggested” fill point, with 2 people in the spa the water goes 1/2 way up the speakers and if you lower the water lever so that that doesn’t happen the skimmer intake sucks air.
My judgment is the quality is equal the engineering for thought VERY POOR!! 1 stars out of 5 in my opinion

This is the 3rd spa I’ve owned. I’ve owned a Cal Spa and I’ve owned a Hot Spring Spa and now this one. There are things I love about it and things that I wish were better. All in all I am happy for the purchase. I’ll start with the good and work my way to the things that I wish were better. First off for the money you can’t beat this spa. It has a lot of wonderful features and the price point just makes it a great buy. It is the perfect size for us its just my wife and I so it clearly fits our need. We once purchased a much bigger spa but rarely did anyone come over to enjoy it with us including our kids so why pay for more when its not needed. This spa fits perfectly in our screened porch so we never have to fight bugs or the sun beating on us. It’s easy to setup and keep running. I’ve owned this for almost two years now and I’ve changed the water many times and its just an easy process to clean and maintain.
Some things to know: First its a small spa so chemicals can change quickly even after one use. I almost always have to add chlorine after each use and its one of those things that if you don’t you’ll be sorry. As one of the reviews said the paneling is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. With today’s fabrics and vinyls I just can’t believe why they use such poor fabric. It looks old from day one. It keeps water spots on it and like the other review says the holes don’t align well. It’s just poorly put together. I picked up my spa myself and drove it home in my truck and what a job it was to connect. The wires were easy it was the paneling that I could never get back right. I’m afraid to open it back up just because I may not be able to get it back on again. The spa is shaped to stand in a corner but they put the drain plug on the side of the wall so its really a problem trying to drain the spa. The plug doesn’t feel very sturdy either so I bought a spa pump and just use that now for draining the spa. Like the other review said they didn’t think about the place where they placed the speakers. The speakers are always under water so you can’t hear them and the water level must be high to make sure they are above the jets so its always a battle. These aren’t mandatory items so we just work around it by using our phones or other speakers. It’s just makes you wonder did anyone try it out after they designed it. The spa has worked great for almost two years. Not one issue and when I’ve called for help for the most part it has been good. I did have some challenges getting someone to help at first but finally got someone and its been fine since.
The spa is well built its just not well designed and connected to the paneling very good. Considering cost and features I still say it is well worth the investment. Probably 3 Stars but close to 4 Stars.
