We bought the PP-31 primarily for back and leg pain relief. It exceeds our expectations. We leave it on which maintains the circulation and temperature for our convenience. Our electric bill only went up about $10. Every evening we use it to relax our muscles which allows us to fall asleep quicker and more soundly.
Maintenance is a breeze. The nature stick used in the filter instead of having to add stinky chlorine is so nice. Being able to keep the water balanced is easy.
This model is perfect for 2 people to lounge in complete comfort. It’s quiet which is conducive for conversation and listening to music. If you are considering a spa go to Aqua Living. You will be glad you did.

Dealt with the Johnson City factory store. Rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We bought the PP-31 and can’t be happier with it. We had a 220 volt spa in Florida and this one is just as powerful as that one was. We have it in our sun room so we don’t need the pumps and heater to run at the same time anyway. We ordered it on January 4th and had it on January 14th. Very happy. We are using the Nature 2 mineral stick with Cense non chlorine oxidizer, also have the ozonater. The midnight canyon with mocha is gorgeous.

Purchased from Lima, Ohio store. We purchased with Todd’s help at the store, after the purchase and with the delivery. Install and set up by Todd was phenomenal. Delivered today 08-21-2020 but ordered in late May. Covid-19 put a damper on production schedules but we are glad it has finally arrived as my wife and I have been working 45+ hours per week, even during others shutting down due to the virus so this is a back saver!!

I purchased my 2 person, 110 v (PP31) spa on line since I did not realize there was a brick and mortar store in a near by town. I had the spa shipped to the store and went there to pick it up. The store manager was very helpful and assisted me in loading and strapping the spa on my trailer. The setup was very easy and you simply plug in into a 110v plug in. He told me that the 110v spa would take about 24 hours to get up to temperature which was spot on. I unfortunately had an issue with my control panel, so I set my issue in via the support link on this website. I have to say after owning a few spas and dealing with customer service because of an issue, Aqua living (LPI) is by far the best service I have ever had to deal with. They called me within 12 hours of sending in my issue and then talked me through how to fix it. That has NEVER happened with other companies. And on top of that, the spa works perfectly. If I could give 10 stars I would. I plan on coming back to Aqua Living to purchase my next spa and I am telling my friends that this is the place to come to purchase a spa.

Bought ours from the New Bern NC store. Matt delivered it and we set it up real easy. It is very nice I am 6′ even and have plenty of room on both sides. My only wish is that the controls were a little bit easier to work with. Compared to our last tub they are a little complicated and tedious. Wish they could send us a better control panel that could work with this tub. Other than that it is a very nice, high quality tub. Yes 110V will heat a tub nicely…we keep ours on 104 always. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Great spa. My wife and i love it and if you do it right it fits 4 people alright with company. most of the time its just the 2 of us. Each side has its bonuses, one side is great and powerful on the mid back and the other side is powerful at the shoulders and lower back. You can also sit backwards and really works the lower back. All in all we have no complaints about it, easy to install and keeps its temp pretty good up here in Michigan during the winter months.

We purchased this SPA from the St. Petersburg location in July and during the delivery and setup we discovered a factory blemish. The delivery team immediately took pictures and reached out to our Sales person at the St. Petersburg location. The Sales person contacted us within an hour to let us know that the hot tub would be replaced with a new unit. We have since received our new hot tub and spent many hours enjoying it. I would recommend the St. Petersburg Aqua Living team to anyone purchasing a SPA.

I ordered the PP31 online from choctaw Oklahoma store. Besides having to wait 8 weeks for them to build it and deliver it, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this model if your looking for an easy option. I got it to relax my tired joints in, but my grandkids thinks it’s just an warm outside bath tub to play in, they love it as much as I do.. aqua living has done me right through this whole process. Becky is wonderful to work with and very helpful. Thank you again. Well worth the money.
