Looked at a lot of hot tubs from showplaces in our area and was a little skeptical about the quality for the price (about half of what we were looking at). But my wife and I LOVE it. We use it just about every day and the best part about the hot tub is the manufacturer. If there ever is an issue, they answer promptly and send a part if needed right away. It’s still under warranty so they just send the parts, no questions asked. You can spend more, but you just don’t have to.

We purchased this tub several months ago while we were installing a new patio deck addition.on our home. It was a couple of month after the delivery that we were able to begin using the hot tub.. After finally getting to enjoy it we can say WOW! this Is AWESOME! we have owned other hot tubs in the past but none can compare to this one. The jets on the floor are the best feature for us and the whole thing is great. The power the jets put out was not disappointing at all. It is also the best value for your money.. We concluded that we paid about $4000 less than we would of for similar products we saw at the home shows. Matt, the salesman we worked with was very responsive and helpful. We use it daily and recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new hot tub.

I have been looking for a hot tub for awhile. You can’t beat the price. They cut out the middle man and our hot tub is awesome. Plus, what little issues I had they fixed right away. The issue was that a couple of the corner panels were broken upon moving the tub to the back porch. (You have to pay extra for this move but it’s worth it.) When you pay to have them move it, if they break something during the move it’s replaced for free! Love it and would definitely would recommend buying one of these hot tubs.

We purchased the Dr. Wellness X-12 Lifestyle Spa from Aqua Living Factory Outlet in McKinney Texas.
The Dallas Manufactures Representative was so helpful in helping us choose the right model and size, that not only meet our needs, but was the most pratical selection for the size of our patio, family and how we planned to place and utilize it.
Aqua Living Factory Outlet and Patrick were very cooperative and helpful. They kept the new hot tub stored in their Dallas warehouse while we were installing the new patio deck and the concrete had to dry and cure.
Delivery was flawless, the installers took the time to place the hot tub exactly where we wanted on the new patio deck. They had to remove and reinstall a gate leading to the backyard, where the hot tub was going to be placed. The installation went perfect, with no damage incurred to the fence, house, or lawn.
I would definitely recommend this company to help you select and buy a hot tub. Oh did I mention, there prices and quality spas can’t be matched by any other dealer in the area.

I’d been looking at hot tubs for quite some time now, when I came across Aqualiving and found out there was an outlet right down the road, in Pensacola Florida.
I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first when I was quoted the price, seemed too good to be true. Every other company I’d got a quote from was almost twice as much. We ordered the X-12 a few months ago but even with the pandemic situation, the spa was delivered on schedule without any issues. The salesman was very helpful and made sure to set us up with delivery where we wanted the spa placed on our back patio. The two gentlemen that delivered the spa put it exactly where we wanted it, without any issues.
After a month of waiting, due to my patio having a three inch slop, I had to order a leveling kit separate, and scheduling an electrician, we finally got a chance to enjoy it for the first time last night. We are loving it. Still learning the features, but glad I went with Aqualiving and glad I decided on the X-12. We will definitely enjoy this for years to come. We would definitely recommend. I really liked that this hot tub was made in the USA. The color was beautiful and the hot tub is very well made. It arrived quicker than expected and we love it!
