We have had our X-3 for about a month now and absolutely love it. It was a luxury item for us, for sure, but so worth it. We looked at spas around town and all were nearly twice the cost, but not any better quality. This is a solidly made unit. Great cabinetry, plumbing and insulation, so tight and sturdy. Customer service was awesome, from order to delivery. It was delivered so promptly we had to put it off for a week to finish letting the concrete pad we’d poured cure. The jets, the waterfall feature and the lighting are all perfect for our use, which is pretty much daily. I can tell we’re going to be enjoying this tube for years to come.

Have had my X-3 for over a year and love it. Have had 5 adults in it and it was tight, but we all fit. I would buy it again. Communication from the salesman was a little rough at first, but once he said it was being built, we had it at the end of the week. Love everything about, wish I would have gotten the cover lifter arm thing. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing.
