One of my friends bought a hot tub from and we liked it so much we bought one too. We use it almost daily. We lost one of the cabinet screws after it was wired up but we called their help desk and they mailed some to us. We’re very happy with our hot tub and with the great deal we got.

After a long day it’s great to sink into our hot tub. Quality and good looks, this tub has both! It’s one of the deepest tubs we found while shopping around. We wouldn’t be without it.
Thanks again for making a reliable product!

We Love our Berkshire hot tub and 1 person sauna we purchased @ Johnson city factory outlet through Jon Leach. Jon was great, he really knows his products, and went the extra mile to help up with our selection and questions.

Currently working with Steve in Des Moines and what a cool guy to work with. We are planning on getting the Berkshire to replace one of similar size and price but of a diffrent brand and there really is no comparison when it comes to the warranty! Not to mention dollar for dollar you get so much more with aqua living store. Even if we don’t get this tub I wanted to share our great experience with Steve. Thank you, Matt

You can’t beat the feeling of coming home after a long day and relaxing in a hot tub! I have a lot of lower back pain from sitting at the office all day and this hot tub has dramatically helped the stress and tension! I didn’t face any issues with delivery and the set up was painless. After months of searching, we purchased the Catalina Berkshire spa. We absolutely love it! The price was affordable and it has all the features we wanted. Delivery was smooth and easy along with the placement. Joe, at the Schaumburg location, is the man!! He answered every question we has and put our mind at ease. He’s very knowledgeable and even took our call on a Sunday! We give the whole experience an A+++ rating.
