Our sales rep from Richmond VA Chris Miller was knowledgeable professional and pleasant to work with. We are happy to have waited. We had a very small issue, a led light was not working, I contacted support by a web site and received a phone call with in an hour. I was transfered to a technician and the issue was resolved imeadiatly. Same day service! We are very happy with the product, price, and service. I’m only 5’4″ and I felt like I was too short for this feature, and so glad that’s every bit as wonderful as Bobby said. I love this hot tub. Most people agree- the best hot tub they’ve been in.
