The spa is perfect so far as we have only had it one week. Did take 3 weeks to receive as we chose to do a special order to get the colors we wanted as the local store did not have it in stock. Was missing steps when delivered but they shipped from factory and I received 3 days after the spa was delivered

She has been extremely nice and helpful through our process of purchasing our first hot tub….. we lucked up and I found a floor model there that I liked and received it in less than a week! So far I love the Dr Wellness tranquility spa. I have no complaints and hope to enjoy our spa for years to come!

We ordered our G100 spa out of the Richmond area. Aqua Living handled our order super well. We wanted the order put in quickly and he took care of us in just one day. Due to COVID delays we waited about two months till the hot tub was delivered. We were so excited to get it up and running but once we turned it on it wasn’t heating…AquaLiving sent us a new spa pack but the authorized technician to replace it didn’t answer their phone. I asked the company and they let me replace the spa pack myself and for compensation they sent me 3 replacement filters! I’m grateful that the company was always responsive to my texts with questions and concerns. Happily the hot tub is working great after replacing the part and we have used so often during this cold winter. It has been just perfect for a relaxing evening. Having the bluetooth speakers has also been an added bonus!

I ordered My New Tranquility series G100 Hot tub with Kathy at Aqua Living from the Hood river store on Friday, what a great company and salesperson. They got me up to speed on the newest equipment and options available, answered my many questions and after looking over all the different models and demo options I was able to make a purchase with the confidence of years of enjoyment. Adding the UV sanitization system will be worth the wait, saving me on maintenance and chemicals so I will have more time to enjoy this beautiful tub! Well the call came earlier than expected an I was ready for delivery of my New Dr Wellness G-100 Tranquility series Hot tub. They came on time an had my tub in-place, an ready to fill in no time. I have now enjoyed over two weeks of joy, with the best tub ever made. Turbo jet is the best, but with UV an Ozone sanitation, it runs like a dream, no worries an no fuss keeping this tub balanced an clean. Thank you Kathy in Hood River store, an Aqua Living/LPI for excellent job, quality product with awesome people/support. Truly Theraputic for years to come! 🤩

Received our G-100 4 days before Christmas. Cold air settled in and it was 2 degrees one day and windy, -18. Other days were 16 to 40 degrees. 16 to 40 was great. 2 degrees with a -18 wind chill our hair and ears froze started to freeze. “Just because it is a bad idea. Does not mean you will not have fun” ha ha. We love our new hot tub. Installation was easy.

Broken more often than it works. Horrible Warranty department.
The guys that delivered it filled it before putting the cover lifter on so had to drain half the tub then cranked on it while half full. Turns out they threw away the special piece that allows me to drain the spa. They used it to drain it, so it was there at some point.
Less than two months in service and I smelled burning plastic. I filed a claim that took 3 months to get addressed even after escalating it to LPI management.
When you file a claim they want you to troubleshoot it yourself and provide photo documentation despite the 6-month labor warranty coverage. So, it’s only theoretically “fully covered”. It was the pump that was out. It was replaced under warranty.
6 months later the pump started making a screaming sound when it turned on and the skirting is bowed so badly at two spots that rodents can get in there. I filed a claim. They sent me troubleshooting instructions and asked a bunch of questions that I knew were coming from the first debauchle. I sent a video with sound so that they could hear the pump. My son was hospitalized for a week during the time that they asked me all these questions and got no response from me, so they closed the claim.
Now there is no more labor warranty. I have to call someone authorized to work on it, pay for the repair, and submit for reimbursement from them.
Either save money by buying used (because you get the same warranty as you get with this company) or buy from a local store with support. This has been a painful experience that I wouldn’t wish on an enemy.
