This spa and customer service is awesome! Came with a broken panel from shipping, so I called the manufacturer directly. 2 days later I received the part, and quickly put it on and installed the spa. The spa jets are super powerful. The LED light is also very relaxing. A similar spa was over 8k at a different store. I would recommend this spa to anyone, me and my wife use it every night.

Spa looks and works great with plenty of power from the jets. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and I’ve used it every day. I had it wired by electrician and it started up and warmed up quickly. The manufacturer called before shipping to give me information and answered questions. I am very happy with the purchase, and I would recommend it.

This tub is amazing! It is exactly as advertised, the Tuscan Sun acrylic is gorgeous, stereo sounds really good, and the jets are powerful. Waterfall is a very nice touch and I love having the taller sides that keep your face from getting cold.
My only negative remarks would be the lighted jets seem a little dim to me even though my girlfriend disagrees, and the stereo is inside the cabinet without easy access, I think perhaps it was supposed to have a smaller access panel which I just might add myself. You need to reach it to connect new Bluetooth devices or plug in to auxiliary ports, and adjust the subwoofer. But I would buy another one without hesitation!

We ordered our Dr. Wellness Tranquility G-10K spa the end of last July. Being in the midst of Covid, doubled the time it took to get our spa manufactured and shipped to us. That being said, the delivery guys were great, and set it up just like we wanted. They took photos of the damaged front panel, which was eventually replaced. The chemicals and Nature 2 sticks we ordered at the same time as the spa were back-ordered (again, due to Covid). We’ve received all but the Nature 2 sticks, which are hard to come by everywhere.
We LOVE our new spa, and have enjoyed using it throughout the winter, and now in the summer. I especially enjoy the shoulder massage seat! Thank you Aqua Living and LPI, Inc!
