My wife has wanted a hot tub for a long time so I decided to surprise her. I thought everything I heard about pain relief and better sleep was a bunch of bunk but I was wrong. Our hot tub is great and I can’t believe how much better I feel. We wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe coming to see you guys sooner

We are so happy with our 51 jet hot tub ….it’s just enough Jets for the four of us and the foot jet is no joke…so amazing for my sore nurse feet. The delivery was not a problem and I had read reviews that it was a nightmare but it was great. We slide it with help of neighbors off skid into the backyard, tip is to use pvc pipes. Electrician hooked it up and once we filled it and turned it on there was a slow drip from one of the air jets….a seal issue. Called the service number and they sent a new jet and a company to fix it and were so so helpful. Buffey and Melissa of LPI were amazing to me and called months later to make sure all was still well. Using a first time customer coupon to purchase such an amazing tub was great. It is a nice looking tub with pearl interior . Heats up quickly, and is just amazing. I had looked into so many tubs and never thought I could get one this nice online. Saved a lot of $$$ and couldn’t be happier with it 7 months later.
