Before I submit a review I feel I need to have some time and experience with the product. I purchased a Hudson Bay HB12C triangle spa in early December 2019. Thus I have used it for about 4 months.
The purchase provides for delivery at the street curb, but I requested that Aqua Living arrange for delivery into my back yard and they did so. the delivery was efficient. Just be sure to have the delivery personnel free up the electrical plug from the bottom of the spa before they leave or you will have to open the siding to gain access. The tub was delivered without any nicks or damage. I purchased the 110-volt model. The jets are powerful enough and the LED lighting sufficient This is my third spa and this Hudson Bay provides everything that is expected. The cover is light enough for easy removal. I do recommend that you purchase steps or build a box to help getting in and out. The directions for operation are sufficient, but do require careful reading. The explanation for water sanitation as provided by Aqua Living is simple to understand and follow. Good company.
