Our G-7 was delivered without a hitch. Great service by Billie Dotson and the St Petersburg Fl store. Our delivery had to be postponed because of construction delays, but Bille came through by offering to store our product in his warehouse until it could be delivered. He offered – I did not have to ask – and this was done cheerfully and without extra charges. Delivery came off by Ron and his team without a hitch. Wrong pillows were mailed to me, but this was noted on the delivery invoice. Bille called the next day to inform us that the company was informed and that the correct product would be forthcoming. Great service and a pleasure to do business with a company where this way of doing business has not been forgotten
